At Skin Essence, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video as proof. Once your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on opened, used, or unsealed skincare and cosmetic items. Products must remain unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a return (if applicable).
