All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delays caused by courier services, weather, or public holidays are outside our control, but we always try our best to help.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
Occasionally, we offer Free Shipping during promotions.
4. Incorrect Address
Please provide accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available) via SMS or email.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 3 days with photo/video proof.
We will review your claim and offer a replacement or store credit as per our Return Policy.
7. Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
